Most of my work deals with either my dreams or my subconscious thought process. I have a need to express symbolically what I often cannot express verbally. Sometimes it isn't until I finish a piece that I know what I'm trying to express. Symbols are profound expressions of my human nature. The symbols that are found in my dream world often present a bewildering array of my deep subconscious desires, fears, and sometimes ambiguous answers to my unfinished wakeful business. Working with vivid and luminous color and often surreal images I strive to create thought-provoking pieces that allow the viewers to journey into their own souls.
